Chancel Choir - Directed by: Betsy Bone, Accompanist: Bob Joyner

This ensemble is composed of adults and a smattering of youth who enjoy singing sacred music of all types. We sing at the 11:00 worship services, Maundy Thursday, sometimes Good Friday, and Christmas Eve services, as well as our Advent Lessons and Carols service (8:30 and 11:00 on this Sunday). Our rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings, 7:15 - 9:00 p.m. (Most of the time we are done by 8:45) We welcome any adults or youth to join our fun-loving musical family. It is here that we join our voices together in a safe place and learn how to sing beautifully God's praises.

Sounds of Praise - Directed by: Betsy Bone

Did you play an instrument when you were in high school and college? Have you ever wished you could still play in an ensemble? This is the group for you!! We have middle and senior high players along with adults from all walks of life involved in this ensemble. We rehearse on the second and fourth Sundays of the month and play in both services on the first Sunday of the month. We accompany the congregation on the hymns, and once a quarter we prepare an Anthem or Offertory piece. If you have an instrument and want to get your lips back in shape, come join us!

Church Organ - Played by: Bob Joyner

Wekiva Presbyterian Church is blessed to have a 3 manual, (keyboard) Allen Renaissance Organ to lead us in worship each Sunday. It was installed in January 2000, and Diane Bish gave the dedicatory recital. The specification includes 63 stops (equal to about 75 pipe ranks). The organ utilizes digital sampling which helps produce a bright clear "pipe organ" sound even though there are no pipes. We are often asked where the pipes are installed on our organ. It is a great pleasure for Mr. Joyner, as well as substitute organists, to play.

Grace Notes - Directed by: Joan Grace

The Grace Notes are an English Handbell choir and have been ringing at Wekiva since 1987. They ring five octaves of Schulmerich Handbells and three octaves of choir chimes. This group consists of twelve adults who ring both services the second Sunday of each month. They have also rung at weddings and various community affairs.

Ransomed and the Worship Band (better known as RaWB) - Directed by: Karen Greenawalt

RaWB is a music group with singers and band members from 6th - 12th grades. Our band consists of a drummer, guitar players and a keyboardist. This group of 20 - 25 youth enjoy playing and singing a wide range of music from hymn tunes to modern Christian folk/pop/rock music. This group leads worship one Sunday morning a month. Anyone in this age range is welcome to come and be a part of this diverse group.

Kids Club Choir - Directed by: Aloma Bratek, Accompanist: Bob Joyner

This energetic group consists of all elementary school age children K - 5th grade. We gather every Wednesday from 4:45 - 5:30 following the Kids Club recreation and bible study beginning at 3:30 p.m. Our schedule follows the Seminole County School Calendar. The Kids Club Choir sings on the first (11:00) and third (8:30) services of the month. We also unite to share a Christmas musical during the month of December. Our mission is to introduce the children to Christian music and encourage them to make a "joyful noise". All children are invited and welcome here to share their voices with God.
