The
work schedule is theoretical and based on ideal conditions. Actual
work done on any specific Saturday may vary since it is dependent
upon the weather, number of volunteers available, work done on the
prior Saturday and the schedule of Seminole County inspectors.
A typical workday
will start at 8:00 AM and end around 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided
by volunteers. Dress appropriately and for safety. Work shoes, shorts,
jeans are the dress code of the day. Habitat provides all tools
but if you have a favorite hammer or shovel, please bring it along.
Each week, pictures
will be linked to the date of the workday. You can follow Wekiva's
progress right here.
